Alternate
To determine the dose of temporary staff, alternate dosimeters are NON-nominal, therefore, dose allocation is done by the person in charge of the installation radiological protection.
- If required the dose required may be recorded in a dosimetric file in the worker’s name, and the user registered.
- These dosimeters are sent with the same periodicity as the nominal ones and may not be used be by several people during the same month.
- All the previously described configurations may be required for the alternate dosimeter, i.e. whole body, wrist and ring.
