Right to Information
Any customer deciding to contract the Personal Dosimetry Service, must register with our Database, where only those data strictly necessary to satisfy the purpose for which said Database was designed, i.e. facilitate the service with CENTRO DE DOSIMETRÍA S.L. customers/users.
Consultations: The user is required to supply the necessary contact data to obtain the service, i.e. his/her personal data. Their treatment will be focused solely on obtaining this purpose, within the established regulatory framework at all times.
CENTRO DE DOSIMETRÍA S.L. has adopted those organisational and technical measures which guarantee the security of those personal data and prevent their alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorised access bearing in mind the technology state, nature of the data stored and risks to which they are exposed pursuant to that established under those regulations established Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo de 27 de abril de 2016 and Law 34/2002 of 11th July on E-Commerce and Information Society Services (Official Gazette 12/07/2002).
User’s Consent
Personal data will be incorporated and treated on the CENTRO DE DOSIMETRÍA S.L. databases, which guarantee the appropriate structural and technical measures to protect the integrity and security of the personal information provided.
Right of Data Opposition, Correction and Update
The user is entitled to access this information, rectify erroneous information and be removed from the database for the service use. Data related to the personal dosimetry database generated by CENTRO DE DOSIMETRÍA S.L. shall remain in the company possession for the period stipulated by current legislation as indicated by the Nuclear Safety Council. In this latter case CENTRO DE DOSIMETRÍA S.L. declares said data will not be misused.
These rights may be exercised via direct communication with the database manager at CENTRO DE DOSIMETRÍA S.L
