Functions and Responsibilities

  • Management: Definition of company strategy in the technical (laboratory), management and support areas
  • EQS Committee: Made up of personnel from each area, and responsible for assessing the company meets the established Environment Quality and Safety criteria
  • Technical Area:
    • Management with a regulating body (National Security Council)
    • Guarantee test (dosimeter readings) and results (reports) quality
    • Laboratory operation process management and control
    • Laboratory equipment maintenance
  • Management Areas: Management and follow-up of management service operation processes
    • Customer management
    • Distribution of dosimeters (shipments, internal register and handling)
    • Invoicing management
  • Support Areas:  Areas whose purpose is to foster ongoing PDS improvement developing
    • Implementation of internal projects and with customers
    • Application of latest generation information systems and technology
